Hi, ich möchte für 6 WOCHEN mein WG-Zimmer im Wohnheim in der Siolistraße untervermieten.
Es liegt sehr zentral, in einer entspannten WG mit Wohnküche. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind auch verfügbar.
Im Zimmer sind ein 1,40m breites Bett, Schreibtisch, bequemer Stuhl vorhanden sowie ein paar Poster und Zimmerpflnzen,
Lebe hier auch schon über ein Jahr ;).
Du musst zur Untermiete eingeschriebene*r Student*in sein.
Entsprechend der Monatsmiete sind es insgesamt 600€ Miete+ 200€ Kaution.
Auf Grund der kurzen Mietdauer möchte ich zur Sicherheit die Hälfte der Miete + natürlich Kaution
im Voraus bekommen. Wenn du das Zimmer nur für einen Monat brauchst, können wir auch darüber reden.
Sehr zentral mitten auf dem Campus Westend.
Keine 10 Minuten zur U1,2,3,8 + Busanbindung 64,32,75,35.
Da du schon bald einziehen könntest wenn alles passt, schreib mir doch gerne mit der Anfrage auch einen Terminvorschlag für eine Besichtigung (geht auch online).
