Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit zwei Kommoden, einem Bett inkl. Matratze, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einer Nische die mit Regalbrettern viel Stauraum bietet. Außerdem gibt es einen Kleiderständer als Alternative zu einem Schrank.
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahre 2015 kernsaniert. Neues Echtholz Parkett, ein neues Dusch-/Wannenbad sowie bodentiefe große Fenster und neue Balkone rundeten den Umbau ab. Die Balkone sind über alle Zimmer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls im Jahre 2015 neu installiert worden und voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Gemeinschaftsbad vorhanden.
Putzfrau kommt einmal die Woche und reinigt die gesamte Wohnung!

The room is partially furnished. The furniture includes 2 dressers, a bed including mattress TV, a table plus chair and niche shelves with plenty of storage space.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. New real wood parquet flooring, a new shower / bath as well as floor-to-ceiling large windows and new balconies rounded off the renovation. The balconies are accessible from all rooms. The kitchen has also been newly installed in 2015 and fully equipped. Washer and dryer are available in the shared bathroom. There is also a large dining table in the kitchen and a living room.
Cleaning lady comes once per week and cleans the whole apartment.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Eppsteiner Strasse, paralel zum Grüneburgweg in der Nähe der Alten Oper. Die Ubahn Station Westend erreicht man in weniger als 5 Gehminuten. Von dort aus ist man schnell in allen Ecken Frankfurts und auch am Flughafen. Eine gute Anbindung an die Autobahn ist ebenfalls gegeben.
Der Grüneburgpark und Niddapark (gute Laufstrecken) sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The house is located in Eppsteiner Strasse, parallel to the Grüneburgweg near the Alte Oper. The underground station Westend can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. From there you are fast in all corners of Frankfurt and also at the airport. A good connection to the motorway is also given.
The Grüneburgpark and Niddapark (good running tracks) can be reached in a few minutes.
