Apartment in furnished student WG in the west, May to July 2025 Wohnheimszimmer Untermiete in möblierter Studenten-WG im Westend, Mai bis Juli 2025

It is a furnished 4 WG in the dormitory at the University Campus Westend. I'm moving out and looking for a:n sub-rent:in for the rest of my rental contract, which runs until 30.09.2025. After that, it is possible, if necessary, to move permanently as a post-rent: to move in, pending the administration of the residence and the consent of the other tenants: inside.

The rent amounting to EUR 400.00 includes all additional costs (Internet, electricity, heating). The room itself comes furnished with everything necessary (bed optional with mattress, wardrobe, desk, two shelves, bedside table). The apartment has a kitchen incl. Oven, two refrigerators, two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub+shower.

Location: Siolisistraße 7, 60323 Frankfurt am Main, directly at the Uni-Campus Westend (2 minutes walk), 10 minutes from the metro Miquel-/Adickesallee and Holzhausenstraße, 5 minutes to the 32 bus, 8 minutes to the 64 bus

WG-Life: The roommates all study at the Goethe-Uni, two still relatively at the beginning of their studies, one in the Master. Generally the roommates are between 18 and 24. We value a positive WG life, reliability and mutual consideration. I want to leave my still roommates a cool person as a substitute they like to live with. In general, I would be very fond if the renter: in that case also actually lives in the WG, there were experiences where we other renters never arrived for weeks.

Es handelt sich um eine möblierte 4er WG im Wohnheim am Uni Campus Westend. Ich ziehe aus und suche eine:n Untermieter:in für den Rest meines Mietvertrags, der noch bis zum 30.09.2025 läuft. Danach ist ggf. möglich dauerhaft als Nachmieter:in einzuziehen, anhängig von der Verwaltung des Wohnheims und der Zustimmung der anderen Mietbewohner:innen.

Die Miete in Höhe von EUR 400,00 beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Heizung). Das Zimmer selbst kommt mit allem Nötigen möbliert (Bett optional mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, zwei Regale, Nachttisch). Die Wohnung hat eine Küche inkl. Backofen, zwei Kühlschränken, zwei Bäder, von denen eines eine Badewanne+Dusche hat.

WG-Leben: Die Mitbewohner studieren alle an der Goethe-Uni, zwei noch relativ am Anfang ihres Studiums, eine im Master. Generell sind die Mitbewohner zwischen 18 und 24. Wir legen Wert auf ein positives WG Leben, Zuverlässigkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme. Ich möchte meinen noch-Mitbewohnern eine coole Person als Ersatz hinterlassen, mit denen sie gerne zusammenwohnen. Generell wäre mir lieb, wenn der/die Nachmieter:in dann auch tatsächlich in der WG wohnt, es hat da Erfahrungen gegeben wo wir andere Untermieter über Wochen dann nie angetroffen haben
