The apartment is located in the popular Westend, close to the fair. This results in two advantages:

(1) The Westend is characterized by unbelievably beautiful old building/jugendstilvilles, enormously green and tranquillity! Walks at the sun feel like being in one's own world. Nevertheless, there are doctors, banks, supermarkets (rewe), cafes, restaurants, bars and bakers in the immediate, pedestrian area. And: both the Grüneburgpark, the campus Westend, and the palm garden are close!

2) The main station is a metro station (U4) ind 3 tram stations (16,17). By bike 5 minutes, walk 10. So you're perfectly tied. This makes it easy to reach the districts Nordend and Bornheim (10-15 minutes bike)!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Westend, in unmittelbarer Messenähe. Daraus ergeben sich zwei Vorteile:

1) Das Westend ist geprägt von unfassbar schönen Altbau-/jugendstilvillen, enorm viel Grün und Ruhe! Spaziergänge bei Sonne fühlen sich an, als sei man in einer eigenen Welt. Trotzdem hat man Ärzte, Banken, Supermarkt (Rewe), Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Bäcker in unmittelbarer, fußläufiger Nähe. Und: Sowohl der Grüneburgpark, der Campus Westend, als auch der Palmengarten sind unmittelbarer Nähe!

2) Der Hauptbahnhof ist eine U-Bahnstation (U4) ind 3 Tram-Stationen (16,17) entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zu Fuß 10. Man ist also perfekt angebunden. Damit sind auch die Stadtteile Nordend und Bornheim super schnell (10-15 Minuten Fahrrad) zu erreichen!

Overall, the WG is designed for 3 people.
In the WG Ayus lives, a student who is always to have for friendly conversations and activities (bonus: cooks really horny Asian dishes!). She doesn't live in the WG for so long.

The second room is also for rent or in the process of rental.

So you have the great way to shape a completely new WG configuration and don't get into prefabricated structures.

To the apartment:

She's just as beautiful as the room. Huge kitchen (fully equipped), great bathroom with corner bath and shower, guest toilet.

Insgesamt ist die WG für 3 Menschen ausgelegt.
In der WG lebt Ayus, eine Studentin, die immer für freundliche Gespräche und Unternehmungen zu haben ist (Bonus: kocht richtig geile asiatische Gerichte!!). Sie wohnt noch nicht so lange in der WG.

Das zweite Zimmer ist ebenfalls zur Miete ausgeschrieben bzw im Prozess der Vermietung.

Somit hast du die tolle Möglichkeit, eine ganz neue WG-Konstellation zu formen und gerätst nicht in vorgefertigte Strukturen.

Zur Wohnung:

Sie ist genau so wunderschön wie das Zimmer. Riesige Küche (voll ausgestattet), tolles Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Dusche, Gäste-WC.

The apartment is to be delivered to 01.07. We could, however, agree on this in mid-June.

Currently it is an ALL-IN-Miete (electricity, heating costs, internet).

Die Wohnung ist zum 01.07 abzugeben. Wir könnten uns jedoch auch auf Mitte Juni einigen, hierfür einfach Bescheid sagen.

Aktuell handelt es sich um eine ALL-IN-Miete (Strom, Heizkosten, Internet).
