Neugründung einer WG. Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung liegt im schönen Westend in einem Altbau im dritten Stock. Das darüberliegende Dach wird voraussichtlich ab Mai 2018 ausgebaut, weshalb während der Bauarbeiten von vornherein eine Miete in Höhe von nur 400€ im Monat anstelle von 500€ angeboten wird. Das Zimmer ist ca 15qm groß und hat einen Balkon. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und Balkon. Die beiden weiteren Zimmer werden ebenfalls ab dem 1. April frei (1x550€, ca 25qm mit Kachelofen und 1x550€, ca 25qm mit Balkon). In der Miete ist alles enthalten bis auf Strom und Internet. Um die Stromversorgung muss sich die WG selbst kümmern. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Grüneburgpark befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
