Das Zimmer ist circa 14m2 groß und zu einer ruhigen Straße hin. Es hat zwei große Fenster durch die morgens die Sonne scheint.
Die Haltestelle Festhalle/ Messe ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch der Skyline Plaza (Einkaufszentrum) ist entspannt zu Fuß erreichbar. Obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist, ist es bei uns sehr familiär.
Insgesamt gibt es 3 Rewe innerhalb von 500m.
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen die jemanden suchen der abends auch gerne an unserem WG leben Teil haben will. Wenn wir Zeit haben essen wir auch mal zusammen, aber man trifft sich oft abends mal auf ein Glas Wein oder um etwas zu spielen. Im Sommer sitzen wir super gerne auf dem Balkon und genießen die Skyline.
Wir nutzen Flatastic für alles Organisatorisches (Finanzen, Putzplan etc.).
Außerdem suchen wir jemanden der/die langfristig (min. 2 Jahre) in der Wohnung bleiben möchte. Pläne können sich natürlich immer ändern aber der Plan sollte zumindest zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt langfristig sein damit man auch was voneinander hat :)
