Die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer kann auch zum 01. September bezogen werden. Diese liegt im EG und besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Leben benötigt wird.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Messe/Festhalle ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Straßenbahn Platz der Republik ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und zum Einkaufen bietet sich das Skyline Plaza an.
Das Leben in einer WG mit mir ist relativ unkompliziert. Ich bin Studentin und arbeite nebenbei noch bei einen Finanzdienstleister. Ich bin unter der Woche manchmal im Office und sonst werden Vorlesungen von daheim aus angehört.

Zur Info: Meine Mitbewohnerin wird das Bett (inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze (noch 4,5 Jahre Garantie)) und die Jalousie da lassen und würde dafür einen Abschlag von 420€ wollen.
