New tenant wanted from 15/07 - 1 room 21m2 in a flatshare - Frankfurt Westend - fully furnished, all charges included
On July 15th I move out of my nice and well kept room in a flatshare to get my own place.
A few information about the room and the flat:
- The flat is on ground floor
- The room is 21m2
- Room fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a shelf and a cabinet
- Expected rent 800€/mth all included (Heating, electricity, water, Internet, GEZ, etc.)
- Deposit would be about 1800€
- Flatshare of 3, the 2 other current flatmates are Icelandic and German
The flat is located in Westend, near Messe Turm.
The location is perfect to commute to work and the neighborhood is relatively calm but offers a lot :
- 1 min from U4 stop Festhalle/Messe or Strassenbahn 16 & 17
- 4 min walk from the mall Skyline Plaza (Rewe, Saturn, Meridian SPA, DM, etc.)
- 10 min walk from the train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnof)
- Several restaurants and bars within 10min walk (Ramen Jun, Tempaccio, Yaffa Market, Tap House, etc.)
- 10 min walk from Palmengarten & Gruneburgpark
- 5 min walk from the gym 7/11
As the flat is fully furnished, it's perfect for expats, young professionals or students.
For foreigners, as all charges are included within the rent, it prevents you from having to deal with admin tasks and contracts subscriptions.
The landlord speaks German and English and is really nice and flexible. If there are issues, he's quick to respond to solve it.
Everyone is welcomed as long as you're respectful of the other flatmates, and are a descent tenant.
The flatshare is composed of 3 tenants, the 2 other current flatmates are Icelandic and German, between 25 and 29 years old. They're both working full time jobs. They are calm and respectful.
For the room it is recommended to present a signed working or internship contract to justify some revenue.
You'll have to also provide :
- a copy of your ID recto/verso
- your Schuffa (recommended but not compulsory)
Visits can be done either in person or by visio upon request.
