Hello there!
We are looking for a new roomate in our friendly 2-bedroom apartment since I will be moving out soon after living here for more than 2 years. Its a nice 15m2 room in Gallus with high ceilings. Room comes fully furnished with everything you would need incl. bed, wardrobe, study table, chair, shelves etc and is available from mid-January.
The apartment also has a fully equiped kitchen with cultery/plates/appliances etc, bathroom, toilet and fast wifi, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer downstairs in the basement.
There is a tram stop within 3 minutes walk which is just 6 stops away from the central station. There is also the Galluswarte S-Bahn station within 8 minutes walking distance which conveniently connects you to the rest of the city - for example, Hauptbahnof in 1 minute and Hauptwache/Konstablerwache in 3-4 minutes.
There is a Rewe close by (1 minute walk) as well as Lidl, Aldi and Penny all within 10 minutes walk. There is also a Rossmann nearby which only takes 3 minutes by foot. The area also has a good number or other stores and restaurants such as pizzerias, asian food, italian, turkish and many more so you would find everything you need conveniently :)
You would be sharing the apartment with Amy who is very friendly and is currently doing an internship in Frankfurt. She has been living in Frankfurt for 2 years and does not speak German, so it would be important that you are comfortable with communicating in English :)
We are looking for a working roommate or student for the shared apartment who would like to live in a WG and would occassionaly like to do something together like going out for for a drink, going to the cinema, cooking etc. But of course, it is also okay if you dont want to participate. The most important thing is that you are responsible, tidy and are open to a friendly chat from time to time. We just want a relaxed shared apartment that is friendly and has open communication. If you feel like this works for you, then send us a message introducing yourself and what you are looking for in a shared flat.
Everything you need is already there in the shared apartment incl kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies and I will also leave some bed linen and other small equipment behind (e.g my floating shelf) in case you need it (for free).
I am also leaving my vacuum robot, who we lovingly call "Dobby", from Blaupunkt behind (Blaupunkt vacuum robot XPro) which is less than 2 years old - this will need to be taken over by the next tenant for 150 euros.
