WG Zimmer mit Designermöbel und Dachterrasse mit geilem Ausblick von der Skyline und dem Mainufer

Die Wohnung ist im wunderbaren Gutleutviertel, genau am Mainufer für schöne und lange Sommernächte und von der geilen Dachterrasse kannst du den ganzen Main sehen und Rooftoppartys feiern. Das wird niemanden stören. :). Das Haus hat zwei große Tore, die Abends ab 22 Uhr abgeschlossen werden. Da brauchst du dir keine Sorgen machen. Ebenso hat das Haus einen Aufzug und du kannst damit deine Wasserkasten hoch transportieren. Allerdings kannst du dein Wasser auch bestellen, da an diese Adresse von Flaschenpost und vom Rewe geliefert wird. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in maximal 8- 10 Minuten zu erreichen und in der nähe der Wohnung befindet sich die U-Bahn Haltestelle "Willy-Brandt-Platz". Von dort kommst du an jede Ecke von Frankfurt. Ebenso ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Weserplatz" um die Ecke. Da erreichst du auch fast jeden Fleck Frankfurts, aber da sich die Wohnung so ziemlich im Zentrum befindet, kommst du auch zu Fuß überall hin.

Einkaufen kannst du im Tegut in der Nähe. Wenn du gerne läufst, kommst du in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Lidl oder Rewe. Ansonsten findest du alles was dein Herz begehrt an der Hauptwache, was zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist... Mehrere Tag und Nacht Kiosk befindet sich ebenso fußläufig in der Nähe, sodass man sich ein Notfall Bier mitten in der Nacht holen kann. :) Ebenso sind verschiedene, leckere Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe, was zur Abwechslung ganz geeignet ist, wenn man nicht immer kochen will oder sich in ein Cafe setzen will. Ist auf jedenfall ein sehr schöner und lebendiger Platz zum wohnen.

The apartment is in the wonderful Gutleutviertel, right on the banks of the Main for beautiful and long summer nights and from the cool roof terrace you can see the whole Main and celebrate rooftop parties. Nobody will mind. :). The house has two large gates that are locked in the evening from 10 pm. You don't need to worry about that. The house also has an elevator and you can use it to transport your water crates up. However, you can also order your water, as it is delivered to this address by Flaschenpost and Rewe. The main train station can be reached on foot in a maximum of 8-10 minutes and the subway station "Willy-Brandt-Platz" is close to the apartment. From there you can get to every corner of Frankfurt. The streetcar stop "Weserplatz" is also around the corner. You can reach almost every corner of Frankfurt from there, but since the apartment is pretty much in the center, you can also get everywhere on foot.

You can go shopping at Tegut nearby. If you like walking, you can get to a Lidl or Rewe in 15 minutes on foot. Otherwise, you can find everything your heart desires at the Hauptwache, which is just a few minutes' walk away... Several day and night kiosks are also within walking distance, so you can grab an emergency beer in the middle of the night. :) There are also several delicious cafes and restaurants nearby, which is great for a change if you don't always want to cook or sit down in a cafe. It is definitely a very nice and lively place to live.

Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt. Diane lebt da schon länger und ist ein super fröhlicher und energetischer Mensch. Sie kann dir viel über Psychologie und das Intervall Fasten erzählen. Gerne macht sie auch mit dir Yoga, wenn du Lust hast. :)
Sie ist eine ordentliche und pflegeleichte Mitbewohnerin.
Diane hat Lehramt für Sonderpädagogik an der Goetheuni studiert und schreibt aktuell ihre Master-Thesis. Nebenbei arbeitet sie an einer Förderschule als Lehrerin.

Life in the shared flat is super relaxed. Diane has lived there for a long time and is a super cheerful and energetic person. She can tell you a lot about psychology and intermittent fasting. She is also happy to do yoga with you if you feel like it. :)
She is a tidy and low-maintenance housemate.
Diane studied to become a teacher for special education at Goethe University and is currently writing her Master's thesis. She also works as a teacher at a special needs school.

Die Wohnung ist einfach Top. Für den Preis bekommst du eine Luxus-Wohnung zwischen Anwälten und Ärzten in der Nachbarschaft. Ich bin super traurig, dass ich den Sommer auf der Dachterrasse verpasse.... Die ist der Traum. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man den Main und die Frankfurter Skyline. So einen Anblick wirst du nicht oft im Leben haben.
Die Miete kostet 1069 Euro warm. Alles inklusive mit pauschalen Nebenkosten, heisst, da kommen keine extra Kosten hinzu und wöchentlich wird geputzt. Du musst also nichts sauber machen. Auf Wunsch kann auch dein Zimmer sauber gemacht werden.
Top Gegend direkt am Mainufer, sehr zentral, grosses Zimmer, coole Dachterasse mit einem geilen Ausblick auf die Skyline und den Main, gemütlicher Sonnenbalkon, Aufzug, hochwertige Designer Möbel, Dusche und Badewanne, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Du hast sogar einen Bügeleisen und einen Bügeltisch für deine Hemden, wenn du in einer Bank arbeiten solltest. Einen Föhn gibt es auch. Der Preis ist all inklusive und das putzen ist sogar noch inklusive. Richtig coole Wohnung.

The apartment is simply top. For the price you get a luxury apartment between lawyers and doctors in the neighborhood. I'm super sad that I'm missing out on summer on the roof terrace.... It's the dream. You can see the Main and the Frankfurt skyline from the roof terrace. You won't have a view like this very often in your life.
The rent is 1069 euros warm. All inclusive with flat-rate service charges, which means there are no extra costs and cleaning is done weekly. So you don't have to clean anything. Your room can also be cleaned on request.
Top area right on the banks of the Main, very central, large room, cool roof terrace with a great view of the skyline and the Main, cozy sunny balcony, elevator, high-quality designer furniture, shower and bathtub, dishwasher and washing machine.
