The apartment is a Duplex loft. Your room is downstairs, 17sqm2 with a big bed, a desk, with a lot of storage, 1 big window to the street.

The furniture is to be repurchased, The price will be around 650 euros to be confirm while visiting the apartment

Located in Dornbush you are just next to a U-bahn station ,1min by walk. Also there is a bus stop nearby which connects Bornheim and Bockenkeim. In 10min con can be anywhere around the city. In addition if you have a car you will never have any problem to park since there is a lot of space around the building for free.

Also if you like to use the bike like us. It fits in the elevator and we also have storage room downstairs in the basement.

The apartment is third floor with an elevator. In the full building there is only 2 apartments the and the neighbors are really nice. The rest are doctor clinics so is always very quiet.

The kitchen has everything, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, two refrigerators, enough storage and there is a lot of place to cook.

The living space is huge with a dj set, cinema projector and tons of plants and light.

In the terrace we have one hammock, barbecue, sofa and more plants :)

I’m Diego (Spanish 27yo) and Max (French 31yo) respectively woking in design and marketing for car industry. The vibe in the apartment is very chill and relax. We like to play music, doing some chill plans in the terrace like brunch with friends. During the week we are more chill due our working schedule but we love to have dinner together and watch films together in the living room.
