I'm offering a furnished room in my apartment in Eschersheim for a short term stay of minimum 1 and maximum 9 months. A longer stay can be discussed. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. You may of course use the 50 MB wifi and washing machine. I also provide towels, bedding, washing detergent and cleaning materials -just bring your suitcase! Non-smokers only. There is also a parking spot available. You will be staying with me and my 4 year old daughter and we would like it if we can sometimes cook together and eat together. Our home language is English. We are an international family of Southern-African descent and welcome all ethnicities.
Monthly rent is €545 all inclusive. From October-April additional €50 monthly for heating.
Rental on a daily basis is possible at €35 per night.
