Sie teilen sich die Wohnung mit meinem Freund Alby, der ursprünglich aus Indien stammt. Sie spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch und arbeitet in einer Frankfurter Zahnarztpraxis. Sie legt Wert auf Privatsphäre und persönlichen Freiraum, was in dieser WG unerlässlich ist. Sie ist jedoch eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Person, und gelegentliche Treffen oder gemütliche Abendgespräche sind ihr herzlich willkommen. Wichtig ist, dass der neue Mieter gut zusammenpasst und sich die Wohnung für beide Seiten angenehm teilt.
You will be sharing the apartment with my friend Alby, who is originally from India. She speaks fluent German and English and works at a dental clinic in Frankfurt. She values privacy and personal space, which is essential in this WG (shared flat). That said, she’s a friendly and easygoing person, and occasional hangouts or lazy evening chats are definitely welcome. It’s important that the new tenant is a good fit and mutually comfortable sharing the space.
The room can be on June 1 or 15. May. There is no door in the shower cabin, but it is replaced by the name of the old tenant. The repair work is in work.

Das Zimmer kann zum 1. Juni oder 15. Mai übergeben werden. In der Duschkabine fehlt eine Tür, diese wird jedoch auf den Namen des alten Mieters ausgetauscht. Die Reparaturarbeiten sind in Arbeit.
