Both the bedroom and the common rooms are equipped with everything needed for everyday life, such as a bed with a high-quality mattress with sheets, a blanket, and a large wardrobe, desk and chair for working are also available with a table lamp. All furniture and equipment are available free of charge!!! The bedroom also has a private balcony.

The old building was renovated in December 2023, bathroom/WC/kitchen were renovated. The apartment has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything from pans to a mechanical coffee machine (bialetti) to dishwasher and oven. We have a spacious bathroom with a shower, WC and a sink, and a small separate guest toilet. :) and is very important that we get together well and all feel comfortable, however, we are very independent and relaxed. No mandatory dates, a clean WG in which all are involved, however, is an important common sense for us!

The house is the last building at the intersection between the station district, banking district and insurance district. The DB Hochhaus is right opposite. For car drivers there are several parking spaces in the neighborhood, but the parking facilities are very good, sometimes not so good. But there is always something to be found within 1 km.


The room is rented in a limited time with a view of indefinite rent.

Sowohl das Schlafzimmer, als auch die Gemeinschaftsräume sind mit allem ausgestattet, was für das tägliche Leben benötigt wird, wie z.B. ein Bett mit einer hochwertigen Matratze mit Bettlaken, eine Bettdecke, und ein großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl zum Arbeiten stehen mit einer Tischlampe ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Alle Möbel und Geräte stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung !!! Das Schlafzimmer hat auch einen privaten Balkon.

Die Altbauwohnung wurde im Dezember 2023 renoviert, Bad/WC/Küche wurden saniert. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die von Pfannen über eine mechanische Kaffeemaschine (Bialetti) bis hin zu Geschirrspüler und Backofen alles bietet. Wir haben ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, WC und einem Waschbecken, und ein kleines separates Gäste WC. :) und ist sehr wichtig dass wir gut miteinander auskommen und sich alle wohlfühlen allerdings sind wir sehr selbstständig und entspannt. Keine Pflichttermine, eine saubere WG an der alle beteiligt sind ist allerdings ein wichtiges Common Sense für uns!

Das Haus steht als letztes Gebäude an der Kreuzung zwischen Bahnhofsviertel, Bankenviertel und Versicherungsviertel. Gleich gegenüber steht das DB Hochhaus. Für Autofahrer gibt es in der Nachbarschaft mehrere Parkplätze, allerdings sind die Parkmöglichkeiten mal sehr gut, mal nicht so gut. Im Umkreis von 1 km lässt sich aber immer etwas finden.


Das Zimmer wird befristet vermietet mit Aussicht auf unbefristete Miete.
