As I move around soon, my room will be free in our beautiful WG in Frankfurt-Niederrad. We live directly at the DFB campus – super location, with very good connection.

Location:
In 2 minutes you will be at the DFB-Campus stop and from there in about 13 minutes at the main station.
Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, as well as cafés and restaurants are within walking distance – everything you need is nearby!

To the apartment:
The apartment is generously cut and has a large, cozy kitchen where you can meet or sit together for a coffee.
In the bathroom there is a new washing machine and a new dryer - a discount of 250 € is required.

To the room:
The room is bright, quiet and offers enough space to feel good.
I leave my wardrobe (purchased in August 2024) there – it is as new and can be taken over for 250 €.

To the WG:
You would live with two nice roommates Selin and Furkan, who value cleanliness, mutual respect and a pleasant atmosphere.
A bit of common WG life is important to us – e.g. talk in the kitchen or drink a coffee.

Furkan: He is 27 years old and works as a primary school teacher. His Hobbies include reading books and pursuing different cultural offerings. It does not pass a day without a cup (or also 3) good coffee.

Selin (children's and young people's psychotherapist in training) is currently working with her practical part of training and partly seminars on the weekend. In her spare time she likes to cook vegan/ vegetarian recipes and likes to go to nature. Drinking nice conversations and coffee together, she is pleased:)

Da ich demnächst umziehe, wird mein Zimmer in unserer schönen WG in Frankfurt-Niederrad frei. Wir wohnen direkt am DFB-Campus – super Lage, mit sehr guter Anbindung.

Lage:
In 2 Minuten bist du an der Haltestelle DFB-Campus und von dort in ca. 13 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, sowie Cafés und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar – alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe!

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine große, gemütliche Küche, in der man sich gerne mal auf einen Kaffee trifft oder zusammensitzt.
Im Badezimmer gibt es eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner -dafür fällt ein Abschlag von 250 € an.

Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig gelegen und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Wohlfühlen.
Ich lasse meinen Kleiderschrank (gekauft im August 2024) da – er ist wie neu und kann für 250 € übernommen werden.

Zur WG:
Du würdest mit zwei netten Mitbewohner*innen Selin und Furkan zusammenleben, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, gegenseitigen Respekt und eine angenehme Atmosphäre legen.
Ein bisschen gemeinsames WG-Leben ist uns wichtig – z. B. mal zusammen in der Küche quatschen oder einen Kaffee trinken.

Furkan: Er ist 27 Jahre alt und als Grundschullehrer tätig. Zu seinen Hobbies gehören Bücher zu lesen und unterschiedlichen kulturellen Angeboten nachzugehen. Es vergeht bei ihm kein Tag ohne eine Tasse (oder auch 3) guten Kaffee.

In ihrer Freizeit kocht sie sehr gerne vegane/ vegetarische Rezepte und geht gerne in die Natur. Über nette Gespräche und gemeinsames Kaffee trinken, freut sie sich :)
