The room is about 15 m2 and has a large one-bay wardrobe. The room is bright and modern furnished. There is a pull-out bed, a desk, a chair and a large mirror. There is a lot of storage space, which is very practical.
There is a fully equipped common kitchen (dishes, pots etc.) with stove, oven, fitted wardrobes, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and even a dishwasher. There are additional towels in the bathroom. So there is everything you need :) on the ground floor next to the kitchen is a common dining room and on the first floor a large bathroom with 2 showers and with WC and in the EC there is an additional guest toilet.
The hot ust, Internet (W-Lan) & weekly cleaning of the shared rooms is already included in the price :)
In the basement there is a Miele washing machine and a common drying room for laundry..
All this is already included in the rental price. So there is no annoying cleaning plan, everyone just takes care to clean up his stuff and it always looks reasonable and clean in the WG, which is of course mega:)

Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 groß und verfügt über einen grossen Einbay- Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer ist hell und modern möbliert. Es gibt ein ausziehbares Bett,, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl und einen grossen Spiegel. Es gibt viel Stauraum, was sehr praktisch ist.
Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche (Geschirr, Töpfe etc.) mit Herd, Backofen, Einbauschränken, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und sogar eine Spülmaschine. Im Bad gibt es zusätzliche Handtücher. Es ist also alles da, was man braucht :) im Erdgeschoss neben der Küche befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsesszimmer und im ersten Stock ein großes Bad mit 2 Duschen und mit WC und im EG gibt es ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC.
Das heste ust, Internet (W-Lan) & wöchentliche Reinigung der gemeinsam genutzten Räume ist im Preis schon inklusive :)
Im Keller gibt es eine Miele-Waschmaschine und einen Gemeinschaftstrockenraum für die Wäsche..
Das alles ist schon im Mietpreis enthalten. Es gibt also keinen nervigen Putzplan, jeder achtet einfach darauf seine Sachen wegzuräumen und es sieht immer vernünftig und sauber aus in der WG, was natürlich mega ist :)

The WG is very close to the Alt-Fechenheim tram stop (Tram 11), driving time to the Konstabler Wache about 25 minutes.
Mainkur Train Station is 3 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by foot. From there you can use the Regional Express in just 3 minutes at the East Railway Station and in about 7 minutes at the South Railway Station.
The tram stop Hugo-Junkers-Strasse (Tram 12) can be reached by bike in about 6 minutes, on foot in about 15 minutes.
The Main is very close, which is totally super great for jogging and walking. The main shopping street is right around the corner. There is a net and tea-good supermarket, several bakeries, diner shops, pubs and restaurants
Die WG liegt ganz in der Nähe der Strassenbahnhaltestelle Alt-Fechenheim (Tram 11), Fahrzeit bis zur Konstabler Wache ca. 25 Minuten.
Der Bahnhof Mainkur ist 3 Minuten mit dem Rad bzw. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Von dort aus ist man mit dem Regionalexpress in nur 3 Minuten am Ostbahnhof und in ca. 7 Minuten am Südbahnhof.
Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle Hugo-Junkers-Strasse (Tram 12) ist mit dem Rad in ca. 6 Minuten, zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Main ist ganz in der Nähe, was total super ist zum joggen und spazieren gehen. Die Haupteinkaufsstrasse liegt gleich um die Ecke. Dort gibt es einen Netto- sowie einen Teegut-Supermarkt, mehrere Bäckereien, Döner-Läden, Kneipen und Restaurants
The WG currently consists of female students in a cozy house with a total of 150 m2. Your roommates are 4 nice girls from Italy and Germany who study and work here. It is cooked together and it is a cleaning plan. In addition, once a week comes a cleaning power for the common spaces (included in price).We are not a purpose WG, but leave each other free spaces. There is a common dining room, so there is plenty of space to eat, drink coffee together, and for dinner together with a glass of wine.
Die WG besteht aktuell aus Studentinnen in einem gemütlichen Haus mit insgesamt 150 m2. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind 4 nette Mädels aus Italien und Deutschland, die hier studieren und arbeiten. Es wird gemeinsam gekocht und es einen Putzplan. Zusätzlich kommt einmal die Woche eine Reinigungskraft für die Gemeinschaftsräume (im Preis inklusive).Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, lassen einander aber auch Freiräume. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Esszimmer, also genügend Platz um gemeinsam zu Essen, Kaffee zu trinken und für gemeinsame Abende bei einem Gläschen Wein.
