4er WG in der Stadtmitte sucht neuen Mitbewohner. Voll möbliertes Zimmer erst vor einem Jahr renoviert (inkl. Handtüchern und Bettwäsche). 2 Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Regendusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Neue Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Toaster, Mixer, Teller, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, etc.
Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 10qm groß und hat die Fenster auf den ruhigen Innenhof.
Alle Kosten sind bereits inkludiert (Heizung, Strom, GEZ, Internet, Nebenkosten).
Wir suchen jemanden der mindestens 6 Monate bleibt.

Hi,
4 people WG in the city center of Frankfurt looks for new. Move in newly renovated rooms with new furniture. The package includes also towels and bedsheets. The two bathrooms should avoid any traffic jams in the morning. There is a washing machine (incl. dryer) in the apartment. The new kitchen features also a dishwasher and oven, it is fully equipped with plats, glasses, cutlery and everything else necessary for cooking. No smoking.
The here offered room is approx 10sqm big and has the windows towards the cathedral, which gives the room a fantastic view on the cathedral
The rent includes all costs (heating, electricity, GEZ, internet and side costs).
We are looking for someone who stays at least 6 months...

Konstablerwache ca. 500m / ~6min zu Fuß
Straßenbahn 11 und 12 ist ca. 300m entfernt / 3min zu Fuß
location is right next to the cathedral; therefore metro U4 and U5 "Dom/Römer" is 1min walking.
S-Bahn Station Konstablerwache is 500m (~6min walking)
Tram 11/12 is 300m away (~3min)
Berufstätigen WG mit 2 männlichen Bewohnern (25-31 Jahre alt) - und ein weiteres Zimmer wird nur Tagsüber als Arbeitszimmer benutzt. Während der Woche ist es sehr ruhig (auch die Nachbarn machen keinen Lärm). Ab und zu gemeinsam am Wochenende gekocht. Jedoch ist es meistens am Wochenende etwas leerer, weil zwei von uns zur Familie pendeln.
We are all working professionals (2 of us have a PhD and we are between 25 and 30). During the week it is therefore rather calm in the apartment (also the neighbours are calm). Sometimes there is a common cooking happening during the weekend, but usually two of us are gone and visiting their families.
