Bergen-Enkheim ist ein gut angeschlossener Stadtteil, der zentral und ruhig zugleich ist. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Station (U7) und Busstation. In die Frankfurter Innenstadt brauchst Du ca. 18 Minuten.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, DM, Tedy, Lidl, Aldi), die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch das Hessen-Center ist mit der Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch kulinarisch bietet die Gegend abwechslungsreiche Restaurants.

Der Stadtteil ist besonders für Menschen, die zentral wohnen, aber nicht auf Natur verzichten wollen, attraktiv.



Bergen-Enkheim is a well-connected district, which is central and quiet at the same time. The apartment is located directly at the subway station (U7) and bus station. To Frankfurt city center you need about 18 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity are various shopping facilities (Rewe, DM, Tedy, Lidl, Aldi), which are within walking distance. The Hessen-Center can also be reached by train in 5 minutes. Also culinary the area offers varied restaurants.

The district is particularly attractive for people who live centrally, but do not want to do without nature.

Da dies eine WG-Neugründung ist gibt es noch keine festen Rituale, Regeln und Erfahrungen. Generell bin ich offen und stelle mir ein paar Dinge vor, die ein gemeinsames Leben schön machen.

Ich finde es gut, wenn jeder seinen festen Bereich in der Wohnung hat, das Wohnzimmer aber gemeinsam nutzen. Ich koche gerne, bin aber relativ viel unterwegs wegen meinem Studium und genieße es aber auch abends entspannt im Wohnzimmer zu chillen. Dabei bin ich offen auch mal gemeinsam zu essen - alles kann, nichts muss!

Da mein Sohn auch ab und zu in der Wohnung ist wünsche ich mir eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit der gemeinsam genutzten Räume und wäre für einen Putzplan. Ansonsten wünsche ich mir einen Mitbewohner, der auch seine Ziele verfolgt (Arbeit, Studium), aber trotzdem entspannt und offen ist.

In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Fußball, gucke American Football und höre Musik.



Since this is a WG start-up there are no fixed rituals, rules and experiences yet. In general, I am open and imagine a few things that make a common life beautiful.

I think it's good if everyone has his fixed area in the apartment, but share the living room. I like to cook, but I am relatively much on the road because of my studies and enjoy it in the evening to chill relaxed in the living room. I am also open to eat together - everything can, nothing must!

Since my son is also in the apartment from time to time, I would like a certain basic cleanliness of the shared rooms and would be in favor of a cleaning schedule. Otherwise, I would like a roommate who also pursues his goals (work, study), but is still relaxed and open.

In my free time I like to play soccer, watch American soccer and listen to music.

Diese WG ist keine Party WG, da wir in einem kleinen Wohnhaus leben und mein Sohn teilweise vor Ort sein wird.
