Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat ein schönes großes Fenster mit Blick in den Innenhof. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof gibt es auch keinen Straßenlärm. Wie die restliche Wohnung hat das Zimmer Parkettboden.
Die Lage ist eigentlich so das Highlight an der Wohnung. Sie liegt zwischen Merianplatz (Berger Straße) und Friedberger Platz. Damit kommt man zu Fuß schnell ins Nordend, Ostend, nach Bornheim, zur Konstablerwache und erreicht fußläufig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man so braucht und ist in 3 Minuten bei der Ubahn (U4/U5) oder Straßenbahn.
Wir sind eine 3er-Mädels-WG. Clara macht ihren Master und Jessi studiert dual im Bachelor. Ich selber arbeite in Vollzeit, also es sind eigentlich alle willkommen - Azubis, Praktikanten, oder Berufstätige :) In unserer Küche hats auch Platz, um miteinander zu quatschen und wir haben einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
Besichtigungen sind vor allem unter der Woche abends (so ab 19 Uhr) möglich :)
