This is a lovely room with its own balcony. It comes with some furniture: a bed, a table, a bedside table, two IKEA tent-style wardrobes, and an IKEA sofa that can be used as a bed. If you want to see the furniture, I can take pictures:) The whole flat has two floors with two bathrooms (one with a shower), a kitchen and 4 rooms. This lovely room is located on the 1st floor, along with the kitchen, the bathroom without a shower and the other two rooms of the roommates. The bathroom with shower and the room of the remaining roommate are located on the Ground floor.
It is only a 2-minute walk from the metro platform 7, which takes you to Cologne University station in 23 minutes and Neumarkt station in 32 minutes. Rossmanm, HIT and ALDI are a 5-minute walk from the flat and REWE and the pharmacy are a 7-minute walk away. There are even more quite tasty restaurants in the vicinity.
The roommates are a 31 year old mechanical engineer, a 32 year old logistics/finance related practitioner and a 20 year old student (who will be leaving the flat at the end of September). Everyone is very friendly and kind. A regular schedule will be adopted to keep the flat tidy together.
My contract will expire at the end of September, but I will be moving out of the flat to another one at the beginning of August. So I would like someone to move in in August, you know, paying two extra months rent is a big expense for me as a student like me
