Das Zimmer ist 26,7m² groß und ist aufgrund seiner zwei großen Fenster tagsüber gut erhellt. Es wurde kürzlich frisch gestrichen und bietet aufgrund seiner größe ausreichend Platz um sich frei zu entfalten.
Die Wohnung umfasst fünf Zimmer, zwei Toiletten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Wir achten grundsätzlich auf Sauberkeit und haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, an dem wir uns alle halten.
The size of the room is 26.7m² and during the day pretty bright thanks to its two large windows. It has been recently painted and due to its size it offers enough space to unfold freely.
The flat has five rooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a shower and a waschingmachine.
We pay attention to the cleanliness of the flat and have a weekly cleaning schedule, which we all stick to.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt von Freiberg und liegt somit sehr zentral. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Uni, 5 Minuten bis zum Busbahnhof und 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Der Obermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Edeka) sowie kostenlose Parkplätze (Eherne Schlange) sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in the centre of Freiberg. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the university, 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the trainstation. The Obermarkt is around the corner and shopping facilities (Kaufland, Edeka) and free parking (Eherne Schlange) are about 5 minutes away.
Die WG ist bunt gemischt und recht international. Die meiste Zeit sprechen wir Englisch miteinander, aber Deutsch wäre auch kein Problem.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei Studenten, zwei Berufstätige und eine Katze.
The WG is mixed and quite international. Most of the time we speak English, but German wouldn't be a problem either.
The flatmates are two students, two professionals and a cat.
Kleiner Haustiere sind nach Rücksprache mit den Mitbewohner und der Vermietung grundsätzlich gestattet.
