The bright room with big windows on the south side makes beautiful sunny days, and the central street with no cars makes it quiet and friendly. The room is fully furnished - a big bed, large wardrobe, 1 cupboard, writing desk and couch remain in the room and can be taken over with a charge of 100 Euros.
A big and fully equipped kitchen: **dishwasher**, big fridge, separate freezer. There's everything you'll ever need for cooking! The big bathroom with a bathtub can bring you a relaxing time.

Die Wohnung (135m²) befindet sich ganz zentral, gegenüber von der Backfactory (Bäckerei + Café), neben einem Dönner-Laden und in direkter Nähe zum Obermarkt mit aller Geschäfte und Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Edeka) liegen nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, DM Drogerie sogar 2 minuten. Busbahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt, Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten, gratis Parken 5 minuten. Die Einkaufsstraße Burg-/Erbische-Straße liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

The flat (135m²) is located in front of backfactory (bakery + Café), next to a Kebab store and few steps close to the main square with all shops and restaurants. Shopping possibilities are Kaufland and Edeka (5 min walking), DM drugstore (2 min). Bus station is 5 minutes, train station 10 minutes and free parking 5 minutes walking, main shopping street is all spread around the building.

Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Johannes, Akshay und Tarik (alle 20-25 Jahre alt). Johannes und Akshay studieren auf der Bergakademie, Tarik hat sein Studium beendet und arbeitet. Das Leben ist sehr gesellig und es bleiben viele Erinnerungen! Die große Küche und das gemütliches Wohnzimmer laden immer wieder zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein. Willst du doch mal deine Ruhe haben (z.B. lernen), nehmen die Mitbewohner immer Rücksicht aufeinander!
Da das komplette Haus aus WG's besteht, finden ca. 2 mal im Jahr gemeinsame Partys statt. In der WG werden unter uns auch gelegentlich Abende zusammen verbracht. Es wird einfach nur gequatscht, Karten gespielt oder im Sommer gegrillt.

Your future flatmates are Johannes, Akshay and Tarik (all 20-25 years old). Johannes und Akshay study at the Bergakademie, Tarik finished his studies and works. Life is very sociable and lots of memories remain! The large kitchen and cozy living room are always inviting to spend time together, If you want to have some peace and quiet (e.g. to study), your flatmates are always considerate of each other!
As the entire building consists of shared flats, there are parties about twice a year. We also spend occasional evenings together in the shared flat. We chat, play cards, or have a barbecue in the summer.
