Hey ihr lieben Suchenden,
ich ziehe Anfang August von Freiberg aufgrund eines Praktikums weg - habe mein Zimmer mitten auf dem Campus aber noch bis Ende September.
Das Zimmer ist modern möbiliert, groß, hell, trotz der Lage ist es ruhig, ein schönes Bad & Küche sind auch vorhanden. Mensa & Bibliothek sind genau vor der Tür!
Die eigentliche Miete beträgt über 200€ - aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit würde ich mein Zimmer aber gern für 150€ anbieten, bzw. je nachdem ab wann ihr einziehen möchtet, natürlich noch geringer.
Das Zimmer bietet außerdem einen TV-Anschluss, WLAN sowie LAN, alles Flatrate!
Die Nebenkosten werden nicht berechnet.
