Hallo,
hier möchte ich den freien Platz in meiner 2er WG (67m²) anbieten:
Die Wohnung war bis jetzt so genutzt, dass sie für 2 Leute ausgelegt ist. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und jeder hat noch ein eigenes kleineres Zimmer (ca. 10 m²)
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten bereits Strom, Kabel TV und Internet ( DSL 6000 wlan ), es sollten also keine zusätzlichen Kosten anfallen
Die Wohnung wurde letzten Herbst selbstständig frisch renoviert:
- gesamte Wohnung geweißt
- Küche und Bad gefliest
- andere Räume haben PVC Boden
Die Wohnung ist in Uninähe und ruhig. Zu den meisten Vorlesungen 10-15 minuten zu Fuß, wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
In dem Zimmer stehen noch Bett, Schrank und ein Schreibtisch, die man übernehmen kann.
Bis ende Mai wohnt in der Wohnung noch eine dritte Person, die Miete in diesem Zeitraum würde also etwas geringer ausfallen.

The flat was until now used for 2 people. There is a big shared living room and everyone has got an own room (10m²).

the apartment is calm and close to the university. It's 10-15 minutes to most of the buildings by foot, much less if u ride by bicycle.
the additional costs (Nebenkosten) also already include electricity, cable TV and internet (DSL 6000 wireless), so that there are no additional hidden costs.
the room is ready to move in within one day
