Hello, my future flatmate,

Your flat is located Paul-Müller starße 76. 3rd floor.

Kitchen is fully equipped. I have some utensils, you can use them if you want. I would really appreciate if you also bring some with you.

Flat has a balcony which is on my side of the flat. But we both can use it, no problem. Smoking is permissible anywhere if you want or we can restrict it to only balcony, we talk about it when we meet.

You room has a window, it has a nice view also. You can check it in the photos. You room has a mattress and a heater.

Your roommate (me) is a pretty chill person, open to talk about anything anytime. I am studying in TU Freiberg, hence if you are a student we can get along easy. Even if you are working it is no problem with me.
