Temporary room for two adult ukrainian refugees / Möbliertes Zimmer vorübergehend für 2 erwachsene ukrainische Flüchtlinge

Ich suche für ein ukrainisches Paar (Mann 53 Jahre alt (gute Englischkenntnisse), Frau 43 Jahre alt (nur Russisch und Ukrainisch)) eine temporäre Unterkunft in Freiberg. Sie werden voraussichtlich Mitte April in Deutschland ankommen und brauchen ein Zimmer zum Schlafen, bis die Registrierungen bei der Ausländerbehörde und dem Jobcenter abgeschlossen sind, im Anschluss werden Sie selbst in Freiberg auf Wohnungssuche gehen und eine eigene Wohnung beziehen. Dieser gesamte Prozess wird voraussichtlich 2 bis 3 Monate in Anspruch nehmen, aber je kürzer desto besser.
Wichtig ist, dass durch die monatlichen Kosten alles abgedeckt ist (d.h. Miete, Heizung, Strom, evtl. Internet), eine Küche zur Mitbenutzung und ein funktionierendes Bad vorhanden sind und dass eine Waschmaschine verfügbar ist. Ein möbliertes Zimmer wäre von Vorteil, aber notfalls kann ich auch beim Organisieren von einem Bett und ein paar kleineren Möbeln behilflich sein.

A ukrainian couple (age 53, male with good knowledge of english and age 43, female (speaks russian and ukrainian)) is looking for a temporary accomodation in Freiberg. They will probably arrive in the middle of April 2023 in Freiberg and need to complete a lot of bureaucracy with the Jobcenter and foreign department before they can move out into an apartment of their own, this process will take about two to three months, but we hope for the shortest amount of time possible.
What is important to me as their helper is, that the monthly rent is already including heat, electricity (and if possible internet), that a functioning kitchen is available and free to use, a bathroom and a place to wash their laundry for the time being.
If their room is furnished that's a bonus, but just in case I can help with them getting a bed and some furniture.
