Old building, 4er WG, Jan, Sammy und Noah are living. One is a Bachelor student and the other two intend to start Bachelors. Your flatmates are very nice, chill, flexible & cooperative. Big Edeka is just 70m far, Aldi and Lidl within 1km. The closest tram stops are Peter Thumb Straße and Pressehaus with a 5-7min walking distance. With bike it takes roughly 10min to get to the city centre. Its 350€ warm.
I’m looking for a room only in the neighborhood of Haslach, Rieselfeld, Vauban, Sankt Georgen with a budget of maximum 450€. If its one room apartment ofcourse i can pay more.
