Trotz der zentralen Lage relativ ruhig.
ich bin männlich,beruftätig,NR und Wg-erfahren und im Sommerhalbjahr ziemlich eingespannt.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist man in 5 Minuten am Bertoldsbrunnen, in 10 am Hauptbahnhof.
Es hat diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis. Die Lage in einer Nebenstrasse bietet für die Innenstadt eine relativ ruhige Lage.
Da ich voll berufstätig bin ist das WG-Leben eher eingeschränkt.
