Hi there! I sublet my wonderful, big, furnished room in Sonnhalde, Herdern. The room is fully furnished and I'll move all my stuff out so you'll have all the space for yourself :)
Da ich nach Berlin ziehe will ich mein wünderschönes, grosses, mobiliertes Zimmer in Sonnhalde (Herdern) zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer ist komplett mobiliert und ich werde meine ganze Sachen wegräumen :)
Great location, forrest and plenty of nature a stone's throw away (perfect if you enjoy running or whatever outdoor sport!) but still close to the centre (10 mins ca by bike)3 supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi and Kaufland)a few steps away, 3 bio-shops as well as 2 farmer markets in the area.
Die Lage ist echt top, mit Stadtwald und viel Natur gerade um die Ecke (also perfekt für Outdoorsportsfans!;-) aber auch meganäh zur Stadt (10 Min mit dem Rad ungefähr). 3 Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi und Kaufland) sind auch ein paar gehminuten entfern, dazu noch 3 Bioläden in der Nähe und 2 Wochenmärkte
Huge garden and 3 nice flatmates (Larissa and Leo, 26 and 27, students and Lloyd, 33, engineer)included! in the basement and on the 1 floor are also 2 separate flats with 3 nice people each :)
RIESENGarten und 3 nette Mitbewohner (Larissa und Leo, 26 und 27, Studenten und Lloyd, 32, Ingenieur) sind auch vorhanden! Im Keller und im 1.o.g sind auch jeweils eine 3er Wg mit netten Leuten :)
The price is 360€/month all included. Plus, it comes with the deal: since I won't take the furniture with me, everything will be yours for only 100€ (garderobe, desk, shelves, bed&mattress, small night table)! You can decide yourself whether you wanna keep them or sell them. I don't have time to do it myself right now, but my suggestion would be: garderobe 65€, desk 20€, shelves 6€, bed+mattress 50€, small night table 4€....that's 145€, so you'll basically earn 45 (or more, if you're good at bargaining ;-)

Dazu kommt noch das top Angebot: da ich die Möbeln nicht mitnehmen kann, unterlasse ich dir alles für nur 100€ alles inklusive (Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Regal, Bett+Matratze, kleiner Nachttisch)! Du kannst dann selber entscheiden, ob du alles behalten oder was verkaufen möchtest. Ich hab leider keine Zeit, mich darum zu kümmern, wenn ich könnte würde ich die für die folgende Preise verkaufen: Kleiderschrank 65€, Tisch 20€, Regal 6€, Bett+Matratze 50€, kleiner Nachttisch 4€....das macht 145€, du würdest also mindestens 45 verdienen (oder mehr, wenn du gut verhandeln kannst ;-)
