A lovely 13m2 room will be available from 01.11.20 in the smack middle of town. The room has high ceilings, hardwood floors and a cute tiny fireplace. It will be mostly unfurnished, but a bed (and maybe some other furniture) can be borrowed for a time.
Located next to the Uni Library & Stadt Theater for 289€ a month. There are tons of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants just around the corner.
We are a chill bunch - as Osama is sadly leaving us, you will be living with Nea, Rebecca, Chrissi & Olaf. We are a grown-up(ish) WG - nearing our 30's or above, studying psychology, working in an international NGO and working with youth welfare. We are all rather independent - enjoying socializing but also respect each other's space. We enjoy gathering every now and then to eat, drink or chat in the cozy kitchen or balcony (with a super view). We like to keep places tidy and take weekly cleaning turns. We are past our major partypartyraverave days, except the odd occasion - so note this is not a party WG, even though near the uni.
NOTE! As Rebecca who is currently the Hauptmieter is planning on moving in with her boyfriend in early 2021, we are looking for someone who would consider taking on this role in some months (after moving in and getting to know us of course :)). The Hauptmieter liaises with the main renter (auf Deutsch, if things break etc), pays the rent in bulk each month and has to be financially stable and show proof of this to be able to take on the role. Let us know in your message if this is something you could consider.
All in all - we are looking for a relaxed, sociable person who is planning on renting for longer, is willing to consider taking on the Hauptmieter role in earlyish 2021, who likes to keep clean and genuinely feels like they would fit in with the above bunch lifestyle wise :).
Most peeps in the flat speak German as a first language, and I (Nea) can do conversationally. The flat is fully equipped otherwise (cutlery, appliances, clothing iron, washing machine etc.) that the new flatmate can freely use.
