My room is available for the month of September for students only.
It is a fully furnished room with a bed, bedding (sheets, pillow and a comforter/blanket), a desk, desk chair, desk lamp and a wardrobe. The WG itself has a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and a toaster), 2 large refrigerators, 2 full bathrooms and a small living area. There's a lot of space and only 4 people living there. It also has a great view of the Black Forest. :)
The rent is 309 EUR. For short term rentals there is a cleaning fee of 40€ and an administrative fee of 25€, totaling 65€ in additional charges. The deposit is 200 EUR and the cleaning fee is taken out of the deposit.
The location is great. It is right across the street from the line 3 stop: Bissierstrasse. It is about a 5-7 minute walk to Seepark as well. The grocery stores Penny and Edeka are also very close. To get to the city center it's only about 10 minutes on the tram or a short bike ride. It's also not far from the technical faculty (8-10 minute bike ride) It's a great location, I've never felt far away from anything :)
The WG is a 6er, however, since I've lived there, there has only been 5 students living there at once. Right now there are only 4 students total (myself, 1 girl and 2 guys). All three are German and studying here in Freiburg so most of the communication in the flat is in German, but they have no problem speaking English. They are all very nice, normal, helpful and friendly. We have a cleaning plan as well. It was a good place to live and I enjoyed it while I was there.
The building itself is a student dorm. Here is a link to the website (in German or English) that has more information and pictures of the building: https://www.swfr.de/wohnen/wohnheime/wohnheime-im-ueberblick/studentenhaus-berliner-allee/
Basically, the building has good parking, bike storage, washers and dryers, and a party room where Fooßball viewing parties are held.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Because this is a student dorm, you must be a student at any university (in Germany or elsewhere) and you must be able to prove this with proof of enrollment/matriculation.
Message me if you are a student interested in the room. You can write in German or English, I understand German better than I can write it ;)
