Das Zimmer wird nur im April (1.-22.4) zur Zwischenmiete frei. Bitte nur Anfragen für diesen Zeitraum +/- eine Woche! Danke :).
Das Zimmer ist 19qm groß und hat alles was man braucht. Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal, Sofa, Tisch und sogar einen direkten Zugang zu einem der zwei Balkone.
Die Wohnung ist direkt gegenüber von der Studierendensiedlung, ca. 3min von der Bahnhaltestelle am Bischofskreuz. Hier sind auch Edeka, Penny und Bäckereien sowie Sparkasse und Raiffeisenbank um die Ecke.
Wir sind 3 Mädels und DU!
Luca studiert Heilpädagogik, Freddy Soziale Arbeit und Cristina arbeitet als Fremsprachenassistentin in Kirchzarten. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und kochen gern zusammen, machen Spieleabende, gehen an See oder trinken das ein oder andere Glas Wein zusammen. Eine absolute Wohlfühl-WG!
