I'm offering an all-furnished, 16 m² room in building 38 of StuSie (one of the new ones) with an amazing view at Flueckigersee ("Seepark") and the Black Forest. You'd share the, also fully equipped, kitchen, two bathrooms and the balcony (towards the lake!) with three other, very friendly students. There are two bathrooms in the apartment.
The room/apartment is located very close to the Flückigersee, that is literally 30 seconds walking distance from taking a bath or a walk :)
The closest Tram station is 'Am Bischofskreuz' und approx. 3 min walking distance from the apartment. Grocery and other shops + restaurants (Edeka, Penny, Rewe, dm, etc.) are also very close and easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Your roommate will be three Freiburg students，daily life is very nice, the scene outside is super cool and environment is amazing good
Your sublease would be with SWFR which means that you have to be an enrolled student.
Sublease time frame is negotiable, but June 15 - September 30 is preferred.
