Wir sind eine freundliche WG und ich suche nach einem Untermieter*in (Student*in) für 2 Monate.
Das Zimmer ist im 5. Obergeschoss in einer 5-er WG in dem Stundentenwohnheim Berliner Allee, das in der Charlottenburgstraße 2 ist. Größe des Zimmers - 15m2. Aufzug vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat ein Einzelbett, das man in ein Doppelbett umwandeln kann, Nachtkommode, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Kommode und Kleiderschrank. Das Fenster ist relativ groß und das Zimmer ist sehr hell. WLAN vorhanden.
2 Bäder. Dusche vorhanden, keine Badewanne.
Parks in der Nähe – Dietenbachsee, Seepark; Supermärkte – Penny und Edeka, Apotheke, Bäckerei – 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch REWE und DM nicht weit entfernt.
Die Haltestellen der Linien 3, 10, 22, 36 finden sich circa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt statt. Linie 1 ist auch relativ in der Nähe. 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn von der Standmitte entfernt.
Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind sehr freundlich und gesellig. Sie sind an gemeinsamen WG-Spielabenden interessiert und zusammenkochen. Wir sind von verschiedenen Studiengängen und haben auch unterschiedliche Interessen, trotzdem aber haben wir viel Spaß zusammen.

I’m offering a room in a students’ flat share with 4 other people to another student. The room size is 15m2 and includes a single bed which turns to a double, bed side table, desk and an office chair, dresser and a wardrobe. The window is relatively big and the room gets a lot of light (when is sunny, of course). Wi-Fi is provided.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one bathroom per every 3 people. Shower cabin is provided, there is no bathtub.
There are 2 parks in the area – Seepark, Dietenbachsee. Supermarkets that are in 3 minutes walking distance are Penny and Edeka; pharmacy and bakery also there. DM and REWE are also in the area.
Public transport: Line 3, 10, 22, 36 in 2 minutes walking distance; Line 1 also relatively close.
My flat mates are very friendly and easy-going. They like evening get togethers and playing board games. We are very different from one another but we have a lot of fun together.
