Ich suche nach einer Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer in einer 2er Wg in der StuSie. Da das Zimmer in einem Wohnheim des Swfr ist, musst du an einer Hochschule oder Uni in Freiburg studieren! Das Zimmer ist möbeliert mit einem Regal, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch & Rollkontainer und einem 120*200 cm Bett. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, aus dem großen Fenster blickt man ins Grüne 😄
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Seepark. Supermärkte und die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 1 (Bischofskreuz) ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten (2/3min) zu erreichen. Mit der Tram oder dem Rad braucht man 10 min in die Innenstadt.
Die Lage der StuSie ist super, es gibt Sportplätze und einen Fitnessraum auf dem Gelände.
Die Wg bildet sich neu, da meine Mitbewohnerin auch auszieht. Ich glaube, dass unsere WG wieder mit 2 Frauen besetzt wird, deshalb wäre es gut, wenn sich nur Bewerberinnen melden würden.
Über euer zukünftiges Zusammenleben kann ich deshalb auch nichts sagen. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass sich bestimmt eine neue gute Dynamik bilden wird.

Hi there! I am looking for a new tenant for my 13m2 room in the StuSie. The room is in a 2 person living community- so you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only one other person. Your new flatmate will be moving in to the flat in April as well. The room is fully furnished, very bright with a big window with beautiful view. The location is great - directly next to the seepark, a Rewe and edeka in walking distance and 10 mins via bike or tram to the city centre. The tram station “Bischofskreuz” (Tram 1) is 1 min walking distance. The rent is 272€ including WiFi, heating and electricity.
