For students only! A fully furnished room in the student dormitory (Seepark) available for two months. The room is furnished with a bed, a big desk and a smaller table, a chair, a closet, some shelves, and a mirror.
The kitchen is very big so there is enough space for everyone. We have lots of plates, glasses, etc. so you don't need to bring anything. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwashing machine. There are two bathrooms, so you only share it with one person. We also have a huge balcony with plants and a small table and chairs.
Nur für Studenten! Ein voll möbliertes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim (Seepark) steht für zwei Monate zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch und einem kleineren Tisch, einem Stuhl, einem Schrank, einigen Regalen und einem Spiegel.
Die Küche ist sehr groß, so dass genug Platz für alle ist. Es gibt genügend Teller, Gläser etc. plus eine Spülmaschine! Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, so dass es nur mit einer Person geteilt wird. Wir haben auch einen riesigen Balkon mit Pflanzen und einem kleinen Tisch und Stühlen.
10 mins to the Altstadt, 5 min to the tram stop (Line 1), lots of grocery stores and bakeries nearby. Seepark is 2 mins away. Quiet place surrounded by nature but also close to the city center and the university.
10 min zur Altstadt, 5 min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 1), viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Der Seepark ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Ruhiger Ort inmitten der Natur, aber auch in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der Universität.
You will live with three other students -- two of them are doing their Bachelor's and one is finishing her Master's.
Drei weitere Studenten leben in der Wohnung – zwei davon machen ihren Bachelor und eine macht ihren Master.
The rent is limited to July and August only. It is possible to move in earlier (even next week). Please send your certificate of enrolment.
