Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in Stusie. Es kostet 375 (warm) Das Zimmer ist mit ca.15qm relativ groß und durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. Im Zimmer wurde das Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein Regal bleiben.
I am renting out my room in Stusie. It cost 375 euros (warm rent). The room is 15 square meters, so a decent size. Through the big window it is quite bright. In the room, there will be a bed, wardrobe, table and shelf.
Die Lage ist Nähe Seepark. Es dauert nur eine Minute zu Fuß zum See.
Es gibt ein Edeka und Penny direkt um die Ecke, genau wie die Station ‘Am Bishofskreuz’ mit der du innerhalb von 10 minuten in der Innenstadt bist.
Unsere WG gehort zum Studentenwohnheim der Stusie, deswegen musstet du zwingend ein/e Student*in einer Universität sein (jeder Universität, nicht nur Freiburg). Ich brauche eine Studienbescheinigung.
In der Nähe des Wohnheims gibt es basketballplatz, Volleyballfield, Tischtennis und Fahrradwerkshaft.

There is an Edeka and Penny just around the corner. Similarly, the tram stop 'Am Bischofskreuz' is really close and with the tram you can reach the city centre within 10 minutes.
Our WG belong to SWFR. Therefore you MUST be a student in a University (any University, not just Freibug). I will need a enrollment certificate as proof.
Near the WG there is a basketball court, volley ball field, a table tennis area and a bicycle repair workshop.
Zwei weitere neue Mitbewohner ziehen im September ein. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit Toiletten. Du teilst ein Badezimmer mit dem Mann.
