Vermietet wird ein schönes helles Zimmer, welches mit ca 21m2 auch komfortabel Platz bietet. (siehe Fotos)
Ansonsten gibt es auch einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon, welcher in Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Schönes Plätzchen, vor allem im Frühling und Sommer. Wenn alles gut läuft, sollte dort bis Juni auch schon das ein oder andere Pflänzchen wachsen.
Das Zimmer ist darüber hinaus sehr ruhig, was ich persönlich auch sehr schätze. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Super Lage nahe Seepark und direkt in der Westarkade. Viele Shops direkt vor der Haustüre.
Straßenbahn nur 2min zu Fuß.
Von da aus 10 min zur Innenstadt.
Sehr entspannt.
