Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon. Die gesamte Wohnfläche beträgt 60 qm. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, hell, länglich geschnitten, möbliert und hat Zugang zum Balkon, wie das andere Zimmer. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Außerdem gibt's einen Keller sowie einen Fahrradkeller.
Ich bin der Hauptmieter für die ganze Wohnung und würde das andere Zimmer untervermieten. Die Miete beträgt 450 warm. Dazu gibt's jährliche extra Kosten wie z. B. Abfallgebühren.
Die Möbel kann ganz oder teil übernommen werden (ist aber kein muss). Die Kosten werden mit der Vormieterin verhandelt.

The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The total living space is 60 square meters. The room for rent is about 20 square meters, bright, elongated, furnished and has access to the balcony, like the other room. The kitchen has everything you need. There is also a cellar and a bicycle storage room.
I am the main tenant for the whole apartment and would sublet the other room. The rent is 450 warm. There are additional annual costs such as B. Waste Charges.
The furniture can be included for an additional cost (per item or for all).
Hier hat man alles was man braucht! In den Westarkaden gibt's Aldi, Rewe, DM, Denns, Post und Restaurants. Die Haltstelle Berliner Allee liegt ca. 2 min zu Fuß und es gibt einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz bei der Kreuzung (gegenüber vom Eisstadion). Außerdem ist der Seepark in ca. 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Here you have everything you need! In the Westarkarden there are Aldi, Rewe, DM, Denns, a post office and restaurants. The Berliner Allee tram stop is about a 2-minute walk and there is a large public car park at the intersection of Breisacher Str. and Berliner Allee (opposite the ice stadium). In addition, Seepark can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot.
Ich bin Mohi, wohne hier seit etwa zwei Jahren und arbeite als Planer im Energiesektor bei der badenova Gruppe. Ich wohne mit meiner Freundin Siena zusammen in einem Zimmer.
Mehr über uns würde ich lieber in der Besichtigung erzählen. Da lernt man sich besser kennen. Trotzdem erzählt bitte kurz was von euch.
