I want to rent my room for two months as I am going on vacation. The apartment is a 2 bedroom WG in renovated buildings in Stusie. There is one room in the two bedroom apartment. The room is south-west facing. Since it is a large glass, it is quite bright. Also, the kitchen was quite bright. The room has a desk, chair, wardrobe, and bed. We have an oven in the kitchen. There are also all cooking utensils. All home furnishings are from IKEA and are brand new.
The WG is on Stusie buildings. There you will actually find everything you need: supermarket, Rewe, bank, post office, kiosk, etc. It takes about 2 minutes walk to tram station. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by train, just like by bike. The natural beauty of Seepark and its surroundings is just steps away. It has a quiet and calm environment.
It is just a two-room WG. My roommate rented his room to a Phd student. The person living in the other room is 28 years old, quiet, calm and very cheerful. We expect you to be clean, not to damage your belongings and not to smoke. The reason why there is no photo is that I haven't settled in the flat yet. I can take pictures and send them if you want.
It can be rented between 01.03.22 - 30.04.22. Hot rent room is 400 euro. I require a deposit of 100 euros. You'll get it all back if you don't damage anything. Unfortunately Anmeldung is not possible. You can reach me with a message describing yourself. Waiting for your messages :) Have a nice day
