Hi,
ich suche für den Zeitraum 17.02.-19.03. eine:n Untermieter:in, da ich in dieser Zeit ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt mache.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 4. Stock (es gibt aber einen Aufzug) und ist in Richtung Süd-Ost gelegen. Da es sowohl ein Fenster als auch eine Balkontür gibt, ist es im Zimmer immer schön hell. Der Balkon bietet sich wiederum perfekt dafür an, die Morgensonne zu genießen.
Es gibt eine Anlage mit Plattenspieler und Bluetooth-Adapter, die sehr gerne rücksichtsvoll genutzt werden darf. Gleiches gilt für meine Gitarre.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine Toilette, ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und eine Küche.

Hi,
I'm looking for a subtenant from the 17th of February to the 18th of March since I'm going to be in a different town for an internship.
The room is located in fourth floor (there is an elevator though). It faces the south-east so it's quite sunny when the sun is out.
There's a stereo system with a bluetooth-adapter and a record player that can be used with care as well as a guitar.
The other rooms in the flat are a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate toilet (and of course the three bedrooms of my flatmates)
Zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es 300m, mit der Bahn bist du dann in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Direkt neben der Haltestelle gibt es auch einen kleinen Edeka.
Ansonsten gibt es 600m von der Haustür entfernt die Westarkaden, wo Rewe, Aldi, DM und denn's Biomarkt eine gute Möglichkeit bieten einen großen Einkauf zu machen.
Die Bahnen fahren freitags und samstags auch halbstündig durch die Nacht, sodass einem Barbesuch nichts im Wege steht.
Der See direkt hinter dem Haus ist auch sehr gut für Nachmittagsspaziergänge, Joggen gehen (oder Eisbaden🥶) geeignet.

The next tram station is 300m away and the tram takes about 10 minutes to go to the city center.
Next to the tram stop there's an Edeka.
Rewe, DM, Aldi and denn's Biomarkt are 600m away.
Trams run every half hour all night on fridays and saturdays so if you're looking for a night-out you're sure to get home.
The lake right behind the house is a nice place to go for walks or do sports and just relax.
Deine Mitbewohner:innen für die Zeit wären Mirko und vielleicht Eva, wenn sie auf einen Sprung nach Freiburg vorbeischaut. Hannah ist die gesamte Zeit weg.
Mirko und Eva sind beide super lieb und auch immer für einen kleinen Schnack zu haben.
Wir legen großen Wert auf ein respektvolles und angenehmes Miteinander, d.h.:

Your flatmates for the time would be Mirko and maybe Eva, given that she comes to Freiburg for a while. Hannah isn't in Freiburg for the time of your stay.

Since the room is in a student's dorm I unfortunately only can subrent it to students, who are currently enrolled to a university/college in Freiburg, Offenburg, Gengenbach, Furtwangen, Villingen-Schwenningen, Lörrach and Kehl.
