Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Sofa-Ecke, Hochbett, Kommode, Schrank und einem Aquarium. Hohe Zimmerdecken von ca 3 m. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Rad in 5 min zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Markt) befinden sich um die Ecke. Der Mitbewohner würde sich um die Fische und das Aquarium kümmern. Falls du daran Freude hast, ist jede zusätzliche Hilfe willkommen. Nach Absprache könnte das Zimmer bereits ab dem 01.01.2019 vermietet werden. Es steht ein Hinterhof mit Garten zur Verfügung, sowie die Möglichkeit deine Wäsche im Keller trocknen zu lassen. Der Mitbewohner studiert Operngesang an der Musik-Hochschule Freiburg, ist 29 Jahre alt und sehr unkompliziert.
