Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m^2 groß, mit Fenster nach Süden und Sonnenschein am Mittag/Nachmittag. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat Laminat-Boden. Das Zimmer ist frei ab 10. Jan bis Ende Märy, wenn das Zusammenleben gut passt eventuell auch dauerhaft :)
The room is 16 m^2 big and oriented towards south with one window. furnitured . The room is free from 10th of January until end of Mars and possibly permantent in case there is good harmony :)
Die Bahnhaltestelle Freiburg-Herdern ist zu fuß ca. 1 Minute entfernt (50 m).
In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 7 Minuten und zu fuß ca. 15 - 20 Minuten.
Zum Einkaufen erreicht ihr in maximal. 10 Minuten Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, DM und Edeka-City.
Nach Durchquerung des Stadtteils Herdern ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten im schönen Schwarzwald, ideal zum Joggen, Mountainbiken oder Wandern :)
Train station (Freiburg-Herdern) is close by (1 minute). To the city center its a 15 - 20 minute walk and 7 minute by bike. Several grocery stores are nearby within 10 minutes walking. 15 minute walk to the beautiful Black-Forest :)
Das gemeinsame Leben in der WG ist unkompliziert und flexibel. Ihr wohnt zusammen mit Anna (22, und studiert Soziale Arbeit) und Amelie (22, die auch im Januar neu zu uns in die WG einziehen wird. Sowohl Anna, als auch Amelie wohnen, genau wie du dann, zur Untermiete bei uns in der WG. Unsere Küche ist ein schöner Ort, um gemeinsam einen Tee zu trinken oder zu kochen. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten können so viel oder wenig stattfinden, wie du es dir wünschst. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, wollen aber auch, dass alle sich wohl fühlen. Alles ist locker und entspannt :). Wir haben einen festen putz Plan, der auch gut funktioniert und Verbrauchsgegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs werden mit allen geteilt.
