Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und befindet sich in einer zweier WG im Campo Novo- Studentenheim. Es ist hell und unmöbiliert. Direkt an das Zimmer schließt ein kleiner Balkon an. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Küche mit Ausrüstung (Mikrowelle-mit Backfunktion, Herd und Kühlschrank) ist vorhanden.
Das Campo Novo liegt im Stadteil Bühl/Neubeurbarung in der Nähe des alten Güterbahnhofes. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist die Eichstetter Straße und liegt unmittelbar 5 min. Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Des Weitern gibt es in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein DM befindet sich direkt gegenüber, sowie eine Bäckerei. Das Kaufland befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (300m).
Derzeit lebt Sofie (19) in der Wg. Sie studiert Chemie im 3. Semester an der Uni Freiburg.
Gesucht wird eine freundliche, offene Person.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst bis zum 31.03.2020 als Zwischenmiete befristet, kann jedoch auf Wunsch übernommen werden.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist verfügbar. Er wird derzeit untervermietet, kann aber für 50€ im Monat (zusätzlich zur Miete) bei Bedarf selber genutzt werden.
