The room is 5. OG in south direction is bright and has its own balcony. From the window you have a beautiful view of Freiburg and the Black Forest:)
The apartment also has an elevator. Kitchen and bathroom are modern, like the whole building.
In the basement there are washing machines and dryers that can be used for 2.50 euros. The apartment also includes a small basement compartment and there is a bicycle cellar
Das Zimmer liegt im 5. OG in Südrichtung ist hell und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Man hat aus dem Fenster eine wunderschöne Sicht auf Freiburg und den Schwarzwald :)
Auch hat die Wohnung einen Aufzug. Küche und Bad sind, wie das ganze Gebäude, modern.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die man für 2,50 Euro benutzen kann. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein kleines Kellerabteil und es gibt einen Fahrradkeller
The WG is in Brühl. There are about five minutes to the next stop of line 2. There are also shops nearby (Kaufland, Edeka, dm). By bike you are in the city in about 10 minutes.
Die WG liegt in Brühl. Bis zur nächsten Haltestelle der Linie 2 sind es etwa fünf Minuten. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe (Kaufland, Edeka, dm). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in etwa 10 Minuten in der Stadt.
As I move out of the apartment, my roommate Nerea is looking for an open and relaxed intermediate renter or new roommate who wants a nice common WG life.
Nerea is 24 years old and studies medicine in the 9th semester. She is a rather active person - likes to spend her free time with friends, whether playing or jogging in the summer evening at the lake or in the park or at tennis.
At the same time, they love to rest in the evening: they prefer to cook together with friends, a glass of api or a good book.
She enjoys getting to know new people, but also needs quiet moments.
It is important that the WG is a place where you just feel comfortable and at home - where you like to spend time together, for example when cooking, just a bit of bullshit or an aperol on the balcony.

Gleichzeitig liebe sie es, abends zur Ruhe zu kommen: am liebsten beim gemeinsamen Kochen mit Freunden, einem Glas Api oder einem guten Buch.
Sie genießt es, neue Leute kennenzulernen, aber braucht auch ruhige Momente.
Ihr ist es wichtig, dass die WG ein Ort ist, an dem man sich einfach wohl und zuhause fühlt - wo man gerne zusammen Zeit verbringt, zum Beispiel beim Kochen, einfach ein bisschen Quatschen oder einem Aperol auf dem Balkon.
Gleichzeitig soll aber auch genug Raum für Privatsphäre und Rückzug sein, wenn man Zeit für sich braucht.
