Mitbewohner*in gesucht!
Für ein Zimmer in unserer süßen, hellen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung am alten Güterbahnhof suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, da Sofia nach ihrem Auslandsjahr wieder zurück nach Norwegen geht. Dein Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, hat Paketteboden und besitzt ein großes Fenster mit Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon. Hier gibt es einen Schrank für extra Stauraum. Im Keller befinden sich Wasch- und Fahrradraum.
Bei Interesse können Sofias Möbel gerne günstig übernommen werden. Grundsätzlich wird das Zimmer aber unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 495€. Das Zimmer kann nur an Personen vermietet werden, die sich in Studium oder Ausbildung befinden.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 1 min zu dm und Edeka, 2 min zum Kaufland, 3 min zur Straßenbahn, 7 min ins Institutsviertel, 10 min in die Stadt/Hbf.
Deine Mitbewohnerin studiert Englisch und Geschichte auf Lehramt, ist Gesellschaftsspiel-Fan, gerne sportlich aktiv und mag es, auch einfach mal gemütlich mit dir zu kochen oder sich zu unterhalten.
Sie betreut amerikaniache Austauschstudierende, sodass Englisch als WG-Sprache kein Problem ist.
Gleichzeitig ist sie ruhig und sauber, sodass es sehr viel Spaß macht, mit ihr zusammen zu wohnen!
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1. August vermietet. Der Einzug ist bei Bedarf schon ein paar Tage vorher möglich.

Looking for a roommate!
We are looking for a new roommate for our cute and bright 2-bedroom apartment in the Güterbahnhofs area because Sofia is returning to Norway after her year abroad in Germany.
The room is 13 qm, has parkette flooring, and a big window that accesses the shared balcony. There are lockers on the balcony for extra storage outside. The basement has a a bike garage and laundry room.
If you are intersted, you can take over Sofia’s furniture for a small price. In general the room is rented out unfinished.
The room is rented to students only.
The apartment is located close to everything you need: 1 min to dm and Edeka, 2 min to Kaufland, 3 min to the next tram stop, 7 min to the Natural Science Campus, and 10 min downtown/central station.
Your future roommate studies English and History to become a teacher, enjoys card games and sports but also likes to just hang out or cook together. She also works with american exchange students, so English is no problem. At the same time, she is a quiet and clean person, which makes living with her very nice.
The room is rented out starting on August 1st but it’s possible to move in a few days early.
