Da ich im August verreise, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem/r ZwischenmieterIn für mein ruhiges Zimmer im Stühlinger. Ich wohne in einer großen WG mit sechs Personen, wir sind allerdings die einzigen Bewohner des gesamten Hauses und haben somit viel Platz zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, es ist voll möbliert und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Sonst gibt es alles was man braucht, Spülmaschine, zwei Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. Außerdem lasse auch meine Musikanlage, eine Gitarre, den Ventilator und den TV hier.

Since I'm traveling in August, I'm looking for someone to take my quiet room in Stühlinger. I live in a large flat with six people, but we are the only ones of the entire house and therefore have plenty of space available. The room is about 15 square meters, it is fully furnished and has its own sink with mirror. Otherwise there is everything you need, dishwasher, two bathrooms and a laundry room. I also leave my music system, a guitar, a ventilator and the TV here.

Mitten im Stühlinger hat man alles was man braucht: Edeka, Netto, Bank, Apotheken und der Hauptbahnhof sind gleich um die Ecke, zu Innenstadt sind es fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The location: in the middle of Stühlinger you have everything you need: Edeka, Netto, bank, pharmacies and the central station (Hbf) are just around the corner, to the city center there are five minutes by bike.

Meine Mitbewohner sind zum Teil berufstätig, zum Teil am Studieren, allesamt aber sehr entspannt und lieb. Wir sind eine multikulturelle Gruppe, sprechen von Englisch über Französisch, Arabisch und Spanisch und quatschen gern beim Kochen in der Küche. Weil wir so viele sind, ist uns Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und wir haben einen funktionierenden Putzplan. Unser Heiligtum ist unsere begrünte Dachterrasse, wo man gemütlich sitzen, essen und chillen kann mit Blick auf die Stühlingerkirche.

My roommates are partly working, partly studying, but all very relaxed and nice. We are a multicultural group that speaks German, English, French, Arabic and Spanish and enjoys talking and cooking in the kitchen. Because we are so many, order and cleanliness are very important to us and we have a cleaning plan that works. Our sanctuary is our leafy roof terrace, where you can sit, eat and chill out with a view of the Stühlingerkirche.
