Die Wohnung liegt in Betzenhausen, direkt am Seepark. In ca. 2 Minuten Gehzeit ist die S-Bahn Haltestelle, Nahkauf (Rewe), Norma, Bioladen uvm. sind auch direkt neben an. Mit der Linie 1 seit ihr in ca. 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof/ der Uni, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ungefähr 15 Minuten.
Das Zimmer ist um die 10m² groß, sehr hell, der Boden ist aus Laminat. In der Wohnung gibt es Küche, ein großes Bad und ein zweites separates WC. Im Keller findet ihr sowohl Trockenraum, als auch Fahrradkeller.
Damit es keine Unstimmigkeiten gibt und die Wohnung sauber bleibt, haben wir in der WG einen Putzplan, die Mitbewohner sind alle sehr nett und unkompliziert.
