From now on or after agreement, we rent 2 large adjoining bright rooms in the attic of our residential building in Freiburg-Munzingen.

The living room is 25 sqm and the bedroom 17 sqm. 9 square meters of the common area (bath & kitchen) are added to this living area, so that a rented area of about 51 square meters results. There is no balcony or roof terrace, but a limited use of the garden is possible.

The two enclosed rooms are directly adjacent to each other and are intended for use as a living room and as a bedroom. From the hall or Kitchen area is reached in the living room and through this into the bedroom.
The living room has 2 modern/fully electric & remotely operated Velux roof windows (with shutters, blinds, insect grids & light). The bedroom, hallway/kitchen area and bathroom also have such a roof window. All rooms have modern dimmable & remote LED ceiling lamps.

Sofa bed “Multy” by Ligne Roset, large desk with roll container, 2 sideboards, small bistro table with 2 chairs, 1 guest mattress in special storage bag, 46 inch Sony HD TV plus Apple TV box, battery vacuum cleaner as well as various small furniture (rain, plants, etc.). Internet and SAT TV connection.
hall/kitchen area:
Sink with storage and integrated Siemens washing machine and hanging cabinet. Liebherr stainless steel cooling freezer combination, universal microwave with barbecue and oven function as well as simple double hotplate (induction). Small table or seat ensemble.
Bathroom:
Bathtub with shower and glass spray protection. Modern Villeroy & Boch WC as well as sink with modern cabinet from the same manufacturer.

Wir vermieten ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 2 grosse aneinandergrenzende helle Zimmer im Dachgeschoss unseres Wohnhauses in Freiburg-Munzingen.

Das Wohnzimmer ist 25 qm gross und das Schlafzimmer 17 qm. Zu dieser Wohnfläche werden anteilig 9 qm der Gemeinschaftsfläche (Bad & Küche) zugeschlagen, sodass sich eine vermietete Fläche von ca. 51 qm ergibt. Einen Balkon bzw. eine Dachterrasse gibt es nicht aber ggf. ist eine begrenzte Mitbenutzung des Gartens möglich.

Die beiden abgeschlossenen Zimmer grenzen direkt aneinander und sind bzgl. der Nutzung als Wohnzimmer und als Schlafzimmer vorgesehen. Vom Flur bzw. Küchenbereich gelangt man in das Wohnzimmer und durch dieses in das Schlafzimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 moderne/vollelektrische & fernbedienbare Velux Dachfenster (mit Rolladen, Jalousette, Insektengitter & Licht). Flur/Küchenbereich:
