Long term room available from August 1. There are two other girls in two other rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.There is plenty of sunlight in the room.
The room is fully furnished. You have your own fridge and there is also a washing machine in the house which you can use free of cost. There is a garage to keep your bike.
It is a private house where the landlords - an old German couple live on a raised ground floor. You will be living in the place below them.
The house is in a very beautiful and quiet location. The bus stop is less than 5 mins away and the tram stop is about 10-12 mins away.
There are two other girls in two other rooms. Both of them are very polite and helpful. There is a very good and positive atmosphere in the house. We often cook together and have wonderful chats. We keep everything very clean. We follow a cleaning schedule. No pets allowedin the house.
The landlords are extremely sweet and speak only German. The flatmates are also very helpful and kind.
The rent is 250 € inclusive of everything.
